The 1st XI have a Didsbury double header to look forward to this weekend travelling to the Manchester club for both their Premier League and Cheshire Cup clashes. Chester will be looking to make it four away victories on the bounce following their early season woes on the road.
Didsbury are captained by Cheshire all-rounder and MCC tourist Nick Anderson and are on the back of a successful T20 campaign narrowly losing out to Neston on Finals day earlier in the month. Chester will be looking to maintain their recent good fortunes with the ball with the quartet of Kegg, Owen, Killoran and Williams all in the wickets in recent weeks.
Lee Dixon will be looking to capitalize on fine form for the county which included half centuries in both innings against Wales at Alderley Edge. The game is set for an early start at 11.30 and with another warm and dry week it promises to be another favourable week for the spinners.
