This Saturday the 1st XI welcome Grappenhall to Filkins Lane for the second time in three weeks following the victorious Cheshire Cup tie in June.
Chester are looking to continue their fine form following four consecutive victories of which three have been on the road. Earlier in the season Chester were comprehensively beaten by Grappenhall on the road following 5 wickets by Gaz Burns.
Grappenhall are captained by Adam Roylance and include Australian all-rounder Owen Lynch who deputised for Cheshire against Lancashire 2nds earlier in the season. Nick James is set to take the gloves following the injury to Tom Wyatt and spinner Harry Killoran will be hoping to build on his seven wicket haul from last weekend.
