The first XI welcome Nantwich to Filkins Lane this Saturday looking to bounce back from the disappointing result away to Bramhall last Saturday. Despite Chester’s woes on the road the first XI are aiming to maintain their hundred percent home record for the season.
Nantwich are captained by Ray Doyle and will be without Nial O’Brien who is on international duty following a maiden ODI century against New Zealand last Saturday. We also welcome back former 2nd XI spinner Shane Patel who has started the season strongly. The first XI make three changes to the team with Oliver Law, Alex Money and Alex Kegg coming into the side in place of Sam Mallows, Nick James and Alex Townend.
It promises to be a top quality game and will coincide with the Ladies day event in the Igloo. 12.30 start and the match ball sponsors are Taffy and Alison Roberts.
