Toft defeated Urmston in their semi final, Chester had beaten Grappenhall.

Due to the poor weather, the umpires decided on a 4 x 5 over innings game. In the event of the second innings being incomplete, a result would be based on the first innings.

The match would be played on the back pitch at Upton.
