Thursday began as usual with a good turn out for Weight watchers. Sadly, we then had Monica Robinson's ( George's Gran ) Mums' wake. Actually, it was a nice occasion. Finally we hosted the second of the Chimp Management course. Sam and I are fascinated. After identifying our inner chimps we are now learning to 'box and manage them. Many top class sports men and women have taken this psychology course in order to improve performance. Interesting stuff.

Friday was Pam Kelly's birthday party. A lot of familiar faces enjoyed the night, grooving to the sounds of DJ Barman.

Saturday brought back the footie lads who entertained the crowd with a cracking 3-3 draw with Hale. The 2nds went down whilst the 3rds , 4ths and 5ths were victorious. The Vets went down in a close encounter. The bar was relatively quiet in the the evening, however, things turned into a very busy night to celebrate Liam Durcan's 30th. A packed night with fantastic food, World Cup Rugby, live music from Chris Fletcher and plenty of beer and wine.

On Sunday we played host to a Christening. Great food, great weather, the Merseyside derby ,nice people and a top quality photographer . Who could want for more.
Busy weekend. Just how we like it.
