Buy from Gray Nicholls and help your Club

If you've ever surveyed the scene at a practice session here at CBHCC - junior or senior - you may have noticed just how popular the distinctive blue Gray Nicholls training kit is.

You may also have noticed on match days how many of our players have purchased Gray Nicholls whites, emblazoned with our crest and sponsor logos.

Not only is this good kit. and not only does it bind us together in teamship, but it also pays us back.

When we negotiated our exclusive kit deal with Gray Nicholls we stipulated a payback clause in the contract.

This means that for every pound we spend we get a small percentage back as a club in credit to spend with Gray Nicholls. It's a small percentage, but it's 'free', and we buy a lot of kit.

At the end of the 2015 season we received £820 credit from Gray Nicholls through this cash back deal, and we thought you would be interested to know how this was spent:

* Approx £300 went to purchasing junior kit such as quick cricket equipment, practice balls and stumps
* Another £60 went to purchasing new scores books for all teams
* £340 went towards a club T20 kit being worn by our first eleven
* Leaving us with just £20 left

It's not high finance, but every little counts, and we'd thought you'd like to know how buying kit contributes to the club as a whole, especially the junior section.

And hopefully it means you can wear that badge with even more pride now.
