Dear Wine Lovers,

We are delighted to invite you to our Chilean wine evening at Chester Boughton Hall Cricket Club on 14th October 2015, featuring wines from Sol de Andes, Chile.

In 1993, the founders of Sol De Andes embraced their dreams of taking full advantage of Chile's natural bounty to make great wines and founded their estate in the Maule Valley.

The philosophy of Sol De Andes is to produce elegant and enjoyable wines that highlight the distinct characteristics of each grape variety by combining cutting-edge technology with traditional wine making skills.

On its daily journey over the Andes to the Pacific, the sun illuminates the vineyards and this was the inspiration for the Sol De Andes ('Sun from the Andes') name.

The 450 hectares of Sol De Andes vineyards are located in the foothills of the Andes in the Maule, Casablanca and Colchagua Valleys where the influence of the Pacific moderates the climate and where the diurnal temperature fluctuation preserves the balance and freshness of the wines.

Juan Carlos Munita, Sales Director for Sol de Andes along with Roger Barlow from Gerrard Seel will be showcasing the fantastic selection.

Priced at £75.00 per person, you can enjoy a wonderful four course menu with delightful wines from Chile.

To reserve a table please call our office on 01244 675715 or email us at info@doughertyandallen.com

Dinner will commence at 7.30pm and I look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to ChesterBoughton Hall on 14th October.

Best wishes

Phillip Dougherty.
