This Saturday the 1st XI welcome Bramhall to Filkins Lane and will be looking to attest for their earlier season performance which saw them beaten away by the Stockport side.

Bramhall are buoyed by strong performances in recent weeks against Timperley and Alderley Edge which resulted in a win and winning draw respectively. They are captained by former Cheshire batsman Nick Cantello and feature Lancashire all-rounder Danny Lamb.

Chester will be hoping to make it seven in a row in the league and have one change with Joe Killoran returning to the side to make his second league appearance of the year. Cheshire captain Lee Dixon will be looking to build on his third century of the season against Didsbury last week which has seen him top the league’s run tables after the first fourteen rounds.
