CBH 5 year development plan

Message from CBHCC Chairman, Jim Gillson:

In our drive to continually develop the cricketing and social experiences at Chester Boughton Hall, the management committee has coordinated the Club's development plan.

The publishing of the development plan is the culmination of the process of revue we have undertaken over the past two seasons, building on wider discussions, the online survey and processes like Club Mark whIch we successfully navigated this year.

Please take the time to look at what we are trying to achieve as a club in the short, medium and long term. Your opinions and contributions are most welcomed and will indeed be requested as we seek to monitor whether we are successfully delivering on the plan.

As with any plan it needs to be brought to life and it is all of us as members of the club that have the responsibility to ensue we continue to get better at what we do.
